Get ready to sweat, laugh, and channel your early-2000s nostalgia in mama STRONG, a baby-friendly class designed to make you feel strong as a mother. We kick things off with bodyweight and mobility work to wake up your postpartum body and set the tone. Then we flow into a full-body resistance style class with the option to use weights and bands if you want to spice things up.
Expect functional strength and dynamic movement that challenge you in a fun, supportive way. Together with our mama community, you’ll build power and confidence all while jamming out to our favourite throw back songs
